Custom cookie designs are what we do! We will work together to ensure the theme, design and color scheme are all perfectly coordinated with your event.
How much do your cookies cost?
All orders are priced individually based on several things. The intricacy of design, size and order quantity will impact the final cost. Most custom orders start at $4 per cookie. Please know that our cookies are made with the best ingredients available to ensure that you receive the highest quality possible. Each cookie is rolled out and decorated by hand with nothing but perfection and your satisfaction in mind. See our pricing guide for more details.

Throughout the year we will provide cookie collections that you can purchase for a set price. We’re always coming up with new ideas so check back often, especially during the holidays!

How far in advance should I place my order?
We will do our best to accommodate orders in a short time frame, however, it is recommended that you place your order 4-6 weeks in advance at a minimum. Please contact us for availability!
What are your cookies made of?
Our basic sugar cookie contains flour, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, orange extract, granulated sugar, light corn syrup, baking powder and salt. Our royal icing contains confectioner sugar, water, meringue powder, vanilla extract, glycerin and gel food coloring.
We offer the following flavors; Vanilla, Orange Cardamom, Chocolate, Lemon Poppy and Chocolate Chip
While our cookies do not contain nuts, please be aware that COOKIES ROYALE is NOT a nut-free facility. Allergens: nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy.
How are the cookies packaged?
Cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed in clear food safe bags. This keeps them fresh and protected from air until opened. When sealed properly, sugar cookies stay fresh for up to 2-3 weeks. We suggest leaving them in their bags, unopened, until ready to serve. If you need a gift box, special packaging is available for an additional fee.
Is there a minimum quantity per order?
Yes, our minimum quantity is 2 dozen, $96 and includes heat sealing, it does not include gift box.
Which areas do you serve and how will I receive my order?
We currently serve the Metro Atlanta Area. Cookies can be picked up in Downtown Woodstock, GA. We do not deliver. We can ship within the state of GA only. We will do our best to package the cookies appropriately for shipping but we are not responsible for broken cookies during shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your date on our baking calendar when you place your order. Final payment is due 7 days before pick up date and an invoice will be sent out via email. Your order will be completed once final payment is made. ORDERS WILL NOT BE STARTED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE. Please remember, decorated sugar cookies are a two to three day process. If you do not pay your final invoice, we will not start your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order 2 weeks prior to pick up date and apply your deposit to a future order within 6 months. Any cancellations within the 7 days prior to pick up date will result in NO REFUND.
