Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS domestically.
Returns are accepted in accordance with the following:
- Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from the time you received your order.
- Please use packing material to ensure the product is not damaged. Product that has been damaged on the return trip will not qualify for refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Include a copy of your original invoice.
- Use a trackable means of return shipping.
- You may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within 7 days from the time you received your order will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped?
- Yes, however; you must contact us within 24 hours or sooner
Claims: Shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
If your order was lost in transit or not received, we need to be contacted within 60 days from the time your order was shipped. Beyond the 60 day limit, we will not be able to offer a product or shipping charge refund.
